While traditional forms of talk therapy continue to be effective in processing and healing emotional traumas – sometimes this type of work fails to reach the root. Mind-body work can be used to reach the root of symptoms when talking about the problem doesn’t seem to change things.
I offer a form of mind-body work called “Splankna” which incorporates three styles of energy work (Neuro-Emotional Technique, Thought Field Therapy, and E.M.D.R.) into a protocol that is founded on a Christian theology and offers a holistic approach to emotional healing.
Splankna Therapy provides a straightforward, mechanistic treatment procedure for alleviating a wide range of psychological and physical symptoms through both a Healing Protocol and a Creative Protocol. It attempts to address symptoms comprehensively, attending to the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the problem and its solution.
I am a Master Level Splankna practitioner and incorporate this therapy frequently and upon request into my overall approach to counseling.
